JIKY Global Company is a registered company specialising in sourcing of quality shea kernels which are pressed in an oil press to produce quality shea butter for cosmetic applications.

JIKY Global Company Limited is a registered Limited Liability Company which was licensed by the Registrar General Department of Ghana to commence operation in May 2017. The organisation is headquartered in Wa, Upper West Region with other operational activities in Kumasi, Ashanti Region of Ghana. We source agricultural raw materials, hardware and general goods for domestic and export markets.

Currently, the company is running a programme that is geared towards sourcing of high quality shea nuts and providing support for the rural women who are aligned to a Christian Ministry to which the Managing Director presides as a Reverend Minister, to process the raw nuts and extract high quality butter for the export market.

This service was evolved as a social intervention programme to help provide alternative income streams to rural women groups in the Upper West Region of Ghana. These women groups come from communities within 40 km radius from our main center at Wa-Loho where the Church has set up a medium scale processing center to naturally process shea butter. These women are empowered to ensure that only the best nuts are selected to produce the raw unrefined shea butter. Our motivation is to provide jobs and sustainable income for rural women in the Upper West Region.
