PROCESS We have well defined process for our Procurement and manufacturing and quality control . We procure the best available lot of hair from temples. Our procurement experts ensure that when hair are shaved, the heads and tails of the hair are kept in the same direction. This is ensured by tying the hair and labeling them. For remy hair, all the heads and tails of the hair should be in the same direction so that cuticles are in same direction. These hair are sent to our factory where each hair strand is manually checked twice to weed out any grey/dyed hair and to clean the external impurities. The cuticles of the hair are aligned by heckling process. Only after ensuring 100% alignment of cuticles, the different types of hair extensions are made.
