Brief Introduction:
2-Phenylbenzimidazole-5-Sulfonic Acid, also known as Ensulizole or UV-T, which is a sulfonated UV absorber. As a water-soluble high-efficiency UVB absorber, its UV absorption rate at about 302nm is at least 920, and it can also absorb a small part of the UVA band.
2-Phenylbenzimidazole-5-Sulfonic Acid is often used in conjunction with other ingredients such as Avobenzone, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine or Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol. When exposed to sunlight, its protective ability and quality will not gradually decrease over time.

UV Absorber Ensulizole(UV-T) is Mainly Used in the Following Fields:
1. Daily Cosmetics: 2-Phenylbenzimidazole-5-Sulfonic Acid is widely used in sunscreen, lipstick, lotion, foundation and other cosmetics to protect the skin from ultraviolet damage.
2. Plastic Products: 2-Phenylbenzimidazole-5-Sulfonic Acid can be used as an ultraviolet absorber for plastic products, which can effectively extend the life of plastic products when used outdoors and prevent plastic materials from aging and yellowing.
