Lipstick Tube

Hi ,
We are looking to have a lipstick holder custom manufactured that looks like a bullet and has a lipstick insert that can be easily replaced with different colours. Could you please give an idea of cost for custom mould and minimum order required? We were looking at an Initial order of 4000. Will attach pictures of the design.
