Custom Packaging for Cosmetics 100pcs

I will have a professional artist provide digital graphics for custom packaging we need made for a cosmetic product. We need the boxes to be produced with soft touch coating for a nice velvety feeling box. Only reply if you can do all of our required printing and features for 100pcs only!
